*the down side to customer service!: the 'i know it all' customers that you have to encounter on a daily basis!. i feel for you. i really do. i am guessing you would be imagining - bashing a few heads on the counter!. than snapping back to reality (after you had just zoned out). chin up. another day another dollar. keep on being awesome.
